Elves

• Since I believe Elves and Fairies are actually in the same family, we will look at the variety of fairies and elves, placed together conveniently for you the reader.
  * Altheia - She is the fairy of revelation. She is protector of criminals that harbor in deception and fraud.
  * Asrais - Are known to be small delicate female fairies. When these fairies are captured and exposed to sunlight, they will melt away into a pool of water.
  * Banshee - When someone close in the family is dying, a Banshee, (female spirit) will make a wailing sound. This wailing sound is the signal that death is approaching.
  * Blue Ladies, Ice Virgins & Mountain Fairies: All are in the same family. They are the size of a wasp, in fact humans mistake them for wasps. They do not like humans touching their hair and will lead humans astray into the Valley of Forbidden Shadows.
  * Blue Trolls - These are worker trolls, used by high command elves for slave labor. Note: Small blue creatures have been seen by abductees that are used for workers for the 'Grays'.
  * Boggarts - A breed of half elf and half fairy. These creatures were the same ones that gave a sleeping liquor beverage to Rip Van Winkle (written by Washington Irving), which caused him to sleep for 20 years.
  * Bogles - Villainous goblins that will do harm to liars and murderers.
  * Brownies - They love humans and their households. They are known to be benevolent and harmless. If anything, they are helpful.
  * Bully Bogey - Inspires brutality and oppressive actions. Known to have a fetid breath.
  * Dwarfs - They are short, stocky and strong. They mature at the age of 3 and at the age of 7, they are old, bearded and gray haired. If they are struck by sunlight, they will turn to stone. They practice magical spells and potions that at times make them immune to daylight.
  * Dryads - Spirits that live in the trees. They prefer oak trees. Druids utilize Dryads for inspiration.
  * Elves - There appearance makes them look like a normal man or woman. Small in stature and have pointy ears. They are divided by the Seelie and Unseelie Courts.
  * Elvenkind of Shangri-La - A Tibetan mystical land that are guarded by the invisible Elvenkind of Shangri-La. These elves carry swords, spears and shields and will defend Shangri-La.
  * Elven Warriors of the First Blood - They seek conquest of lands belonging to other little people. Their weapons are the bow and arrow, spears, swords, shields. They are able to go from our world into another dimension through a dimensional rift. When people see them on their horses, it looks like they are vanishing, when in reality they are entering another dimensional world. They are known to wear long flowing capes and frightening masks.
  * Filendieres & Spinners of the Night - They are average human size. They are known to punish the lazy. They will encourage people that work hard and give them strength. They appear as ghosts. They are seen as ladies of long white dresses, extremely beautiful, pale with blonde hair.
  * Fir Darrig - (Pronounced Fear deang) They play horrific jokes that may cause a human to have a stroke or a heart attack. They can assume any visage they wish.
  * Flower Myrths - Harmless fairies that live off the pollen of flowers. They are mistaken for humming birds, until people take a closer look and see a human like creature with beating wings.
  * Gnomes - Earth Elementals - They live underground and guard the treasures and history of the Earth. Gnomes are wonderful metal workers, especially of swords and breastplates.
  * Goblins - Goblins are an uglier species of fairy. They are small and malicious, and usually band together as they have lost their abilities to operate independently. Usually they are controlled by a Mage for evil doings.
  * Gobbly Gooks - Small shadowy creatures that usually hide in human's closets and underneath their beds. They are known to enter your dreams and nightmares and will pull pranks on humans.
  * Gremlins - Tormented WWII pilots by messing with the mechanisms of their warplanes, causing some warplanes to crash.
  * Gwragedd Annwn - (Pronounced: Gwageth anoon) Are traditionally Welsh water fairies, who occasionally take human men for husbands.
  * Gwyllion - A Scottish water fairy. They are mostly seen as a hairy men or hideous female spirits who waylay and mislead travelers by night on the mountain roads. Mountain fairies like to sit on rocks on either side of a mountain path and silently watch people as they pass by.
  * Helpful Hob - These little people help in the kitchen and love to eat bread and buns.
  * Hobgoblins - Small, grotesque but friendly brownie-type creatures.
  * Hobbit - Fictional little people created by author J.R.R. Tolkien. See the books The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings.
  * Knockers (Buccas) - These creatures protect and look over the welfare of miners. They will even making knocking noises where rich ore can be located.
  * Leprechaun Leprechauns - They have a fond appreciation of gold and will horde gold away from humans. If you capture a leprechaun, they are commanded to grant you one wish and share their wealth with you. They can be tricky and can use your wish against you, if you don't command the wish correctly.
  * Mer-People - Also known as mermaids. They dwell in the water and are half human from the waist up and have a tail of a fish. They are mesmerizing singers who sometimes lure fishermen to their deaths (See the Lorelei of Germany that lured sailors to their deaths against the rocks of the Rhine River). Also called the Murdhuacha (Pronounced: muroo-cha) or Merrows.
  * Naga - They can appear as a cobra. When in human form, the female Naga is a graceful and elegant dancer. They will lure a male human to them with their dancing and swiftly turn into a cobra and strike a lethal blow.
  * Nang-faa & Phi-bird - They are tiny. Their skin is golden. They have jet black hair and are gorgeous womenfolk. Some of their body like arms and legs are made up of feathers.
  * Nymphs - Two type of Nymphs. The Nereids, which are tall. The Limoniades which are small and live on flowers. Other Nymph breeds are the Dyrads, who live in forests. They are 2 to 3 feet in height. They are known to protect trees.
  * Pixies - Pixies can shapeshift to look like hedgehogs. They are mischievous fairies who enjoy playing practical jokes on humans. They also love to steal horses to ride.
  * Phouka - Can appear in various animal forms and are considered to be dangerous.
  * Primrose - Primrose fairy will touch certain rocks with a primrose and open gateways to fairylands.
  * Queen Brighid the Bright - She is from Tir Tairngiri - The Land of Promise. She carries a wand, one half of the wand will dealt out authority, while the other half will dealt out purity and justice.
  * The Red Cap Goblin Redcap - One of the most evil of the old Border Goblins. He lives in old ruined towers and castles, particularly those with a history of wickedness. He re-dyes his cap in human blood. Redcaps have been known and seen around the Tower of London. * Shefro - Male fairies who wear green coats and red caps.
  * Sídhee (shee) - The name for fairies and their subterranean dwellings. A barrow or hill which has a door to a beautiful underground realm of the Tuatha or fairies. J.R.R. Tolkien used this concept with the Hobbit.
  * Sluagh - The Host of the Unforgiving Dead. The most formidable of the Highland fairies.
  * Spriggans - Are fabled to be ugly, grotesque and small in their natural state, but can inflate themselves to gigantic proportions. Spriggans are an infamous band of villains, skilled thieves, thoroughly destructive and often dangerous. They are capable of robbing the dwellings of humans, kidnapping human children and exchanging the human child with a repulsive baby Spriggan.
  * Tempestaries - They are gigantic to human size. They live in cloud castles and are known to eat Souffles & vol-au-vents.
  * The Willies & the Dancers of the Mist - They are the size of a 'sheaf of mist'. They are vaporous creatures and are known to eat mist. They can shapeshift to a doe or a swan.
  * Trolls - Have an aversion to daylight. They are frequently observed performing a curious lop-sided dance called 'Henking'.
  * Trows - Similar to the Trolls and have an aversion to daylight. They also perform the dance known as the 'Henking'. Trolls and Trows are perhaps cousins. Trolls have a flatter head, while Trows have a more angler head.
  * Urisk - Is a solitary fairy who haunts lonely pools. He will often seek out human company, but his frightful appearance will scare off humans that come into contact with his kind.
  * Water Fairies - Are the providers of food, nourishers of crops and takers of lives. They combine beauty with treachery and lethality. They can be friend or foe.
  * Wart Wogs - Grotesque elves that stand at 4 feet in height. They are known to have warts all over their bodies. When they touch a human, they will pass on the wart infliction to their human victim.
  * Wind Banshee - A beautiful female elf that is invisible to the naked eye and will travel with the wind. When she stops and manifests in front of a human she will talk in a soft voice and tell the human about an impending disaster or tragedy that will occur in their life. She will then fade with the wind and vanish.
  * Yellow Blurker - Filled with negativity, known to enter your dreams and nightmares. At some point of time, I plan to travel to Iceland, an island that is filled with little people that live beneath the stones. In Iceland there are elves, lovelings, gnomes, trolls, huldufolk and light fairies. Icelanders take little people very seriously and when they think they are invading the space of little people, they will reroute a shopping mall to keep the little people happy. If you ever go hunting for little people, use my list to identify what kind of little people you are dealing with. Extinction Events

• There are differing estimates of the number of major mass extinctions in the last 540 million years, ranging from as few as five to more than twenty discrete extinctions. These differences stem primarily from: (a) the threshold chosen for describing an extinction event as "major"; and, what set of data one chooses as the best measure of past diversity.
• Mass extinctions… 1.488 million years ago — a series of mass extinctions at the Cambrian-Ordovician transition (the Cambrian-Ordovician extinction events) eliminated many brachiopods and conodonts and severely reduced the number of trilobite species.2.444 million years ago — at the Ordovician-Silurian transition two Ordovician-Silurian extinction events occurred, and togther these are ranked by many scientists as the second largest of the five major extinctions in Earth's history in terms of percentage of genera that went extinct.3.360 million years ago — near the Devonian-Carboniferous transition (the Late Devonian extinction) a prolonged series of extinctions led to the elimination of about 70% of all species. This was not a sudden event — the period of decline lasted perhaps as long as 20 million years, and there is evidence for a series of extinction pulses within this period.4.251 million years ago — at the Permian-Triassic transition Earth's worst mass extinction (the P/Tr or Permian-Triassic extinction event) killed 53% of marine families, 84% of marine genera, about 96% of all marine species and an estimated 70% of land species (including plants, insects, and vertebrate animals). The "Great Dying" had enormous evolutionary significance: on land it ended the dominance of the mammal-like reptiles and created the opportunity for archosaurs and then dinosaurs to become the dominant land vertebrates; in the seas the percentage of animals that were sessile dropped from 67% to 50%.

A 1998 survey by the American Museum of Natural History found that 70% of biologists view the present era as part of a mass extinction event, possibly one of the fastest ever. Some, such as E. O. Wilson of Harvard University, predict that man's destruction of the biosphere could cause the extinction of one-half of all species in the next 100 years. Research and conservation efforts, such as the IUCN's annual "Red List" of threatened species, all point to an ongoing period of enhanced extinction, though some offer much lower rates and hence longer time scales before the onset of catastrophic damage. The extinction of many megafauna near the end of the most recent ice age is also sometimes considered a part of the Holocene extinction event.[1]

  It is possible to 'break down' most if not all of the reports into two 'entity' types or categories of intelligent, though not necessarily benevolent, 'entities'. It will be left up to the reader to come to their own conclusions concerning the plausibility of the existence of the SPECIFIC 'alien' groups mentioned in the paragraphs below, based on their own review of the evidence and documentation contained in the entirely of the COSCON files. We are convinced, regardless of the reliability of specific accounts, that the OVERALL evidence strongly suggests that two general intellectual 'entity groups' inhabit this general sector of the galaxy, and that these two groups are--generally speaking--in conflict with each other to some extent. Aside from this obvious fact there are numerous accounts which seem to corroborate this thesis, yet which should nevertheless be weighed by the reader in light of their corroborative elements, documentation, the sincerity and reputation of the numerous witnesses, and other evidences both physical and circumstantial.

  For want of better terms, we will refer to these two root categories as follows:

  1) EVADAMIC or EVA'S - Those entities which may be considered to be soul-matrixed members of the human races OR the 'angelic' benevolent beings who seek to influence them for the good.

  2) DRACONIAN or DRACO'S - Those entities which are apparently 'soulless' and can be associated with the neosaurian-reptilian or 'fallen' angelics that have been known to accompany or motivate them.

  Since a cosmic conflict is taking place between these two groups, and especially between the fallen and unfallen angelics which influence the physical world for evil or good respectively, one group may succeed in subduing part of the other's 'physical' dominion or 'territory' at any given time.

  The following list of humanoid and sauroid entities inhabiting Terran, Subterran and Exterran realms is by no means complete. The appellations or names given to the various groupings are for the most part the names which are already in use to describe them, except for some cases where the actual name of the entities is uncertain, in which cases we have given them descriptive titles for want of other terms. We relate those groups which have consistently been 'reported' by VARIOUS sources, regardless of any substantiable evidence whether such alien groups actually exist or not. Many of the groupings may go by various other names as well. The following synopsis of the various 'alien' groups is based upon hundreds of corroborating accounts of encounters with Terran, Subterran or Exterran groups over a period of several years:

  AGHARIANS - (or Aghartians) A group of Asiatic or oriental humans who, sources claim, discovered caverns and abandoned antediluvian 'cities' which had been taken over by reptilian entities. Several hundred or thousand years ago an Asian prince allegedly led several militant followers into the caves and came in conflict with the saurian-reptoid inhabitants of an ancient subterranean city or network known as 'Agharta' or 'Agharti', and after a considerable conflict the reptilian forces were driven out. There are indications that since that time the Reptilians have attempted an occult-retakeover of Agharta and some (not all) of the inhabitants may have succumbed to these occult manipulations. This may explain why a small percentage of the 'MIB' encounters involve oriental-like humans, perhaps members of a small renegade or 'off-shoot' group of Aghartians. Such 'renegade' elements may also exist in the Telosian empire and of course within the United Stated itself. There also seems to be a loose secret alliance between Aghartian, Telosian and American officials according to some sources. In all three groups there seems to be a visible government which seeks to establish and may have in part inspired Constitutional-like liberties, as well as a secret renegade 'secret', 'Illuminated' or 'fifth column' international or interspherial government which seeks to undermine the traditional values and liberties of all three civilizations. The Agharian 'space fleet' is allegedly known as the 'silver fleet' (Evadamic).

  ALPHA-DRACONIANS - Reptilian beings who are said to have established colonies in Alpha Draconis. Like all reptilians, these claim to have originated on Terra thousands of years ago, which fact they use to 'justify' their attempt to re-take the earth for their own. They are apparently a major part of a planned 'invasion' which is eventually turning from covert infiltration to overt invasion (Draconian).

  ALTAIRIANS - Alleged Reptilian inhabitants of the Altair stellar system in the constellation Aquila (Draconian).

  AMPHIBIANS - Similar to the Sauroids or Reptoids, yet being hominoid creatures with reptilian AND amphibian-like features and are semi-aquatic in nature. May have once lived on land, but became more aquatic over the centuries. 'They' have been encountered near swampy regions, rivers, etc., and have been known to attack people without being provoked (Draconian).

  BERNARIANS - Inhabitants of the 'Bernard's Star' system. Although not much has been written about them, it seems that human beings at least in part control this star system. Whether the Saurians have any influence or not is uncertain (Evadamic).

  BOOTEAN - Reptilians from the 'Bootes' system. These, and reptilian entities from the 'Draconis' system are allegedly involved with the 'Dulce' scenario as well as the infiltration-implantation-control of human society on earth in anticipation of their planned takeover at some point in the future (Draconian).

  BURROWERS - Another mutation of the saurian-serpent race capable of burrowing through the earth. Possibly quadrupedal as well as bi-pedal, these have been known to use their 'boring' abilities to create artificial tunnels or 'cave-ins' (the latter has allegedly been used in attempts to entrap or kill unsuspecting intruders into the underground domains). These may possess a highly-developed 'sensing' system (Draconian).

  CETIANS - (or Tau Cetians). A human race of 'Mediterranean' or 'South American' appearing, tan-skinned humans. Very similar to caucasian humans on Terra except for SLIGHT differences (slightly pointed ears, higher physical 'density' for their size, slightly broader nose, 5' 5" tall on average, and often wear short 'Roman' or 'crew' style haircuts). Tau Ceti and Epsilon Eridani are said to be a major 'convergence' of exterran 'human' activity, and are alleged to be in alliance with the Pleiadeans (who in turn, according to contactees, have 'Federation' alliances with the Vegans and the Ummites, etc.). The Cetians allegedly work with the Pleiadeans and 'other' societies who have been 'victimized' by the 'Grey' predators (Evadamic).

  CHAMELEON - Reptilians genetically bred to enable themselves to appear 'human'. These are allegedly 'infiltrators' which can look remarkably human outwardly although retaining reptilian or neosaurian internal organs. Often described as appearing 'bulge-eyed' with scaly, hairless skin behind their 'disguise'. One report alleged that the 'Chameleons' may utilize artificial 'lenses' to conceal "slit-pupiled iris'". Some claim they are genetically bred 'mercenaries' in a planned invasion-takeover of human society (Draconian).(Their planned take over will most likely be when the beast & antichrist arrives in the last days.)

  DRACO-BORGS - Cybernetic forms controlled by reptilian entities. These would also include those forms which are animated by fallen supernatural or paraphysical entities, whether of 'gray,' 'human-like', 'mechanical' or other configuration. There are some who suggest that human-appearing 'infiltrators' of this type may exist in our society, and that certain characteristics might give them away--i.e. the eyes, a slightly sulfurous smell, unrefined features such as no fingerprints or ears or other 'body' parts which seem to have a slight 'artificial' appearance (Draconian).

  DRAGONWORMS - These creatures are largely subterranean and have been reported on very rare occasions. Although a mutation of the serpent race which lost the use of it's limbs through centuries of atrophication, (God cursing the serpent race to lose it’s limbs) it is nevertheless apparently a part of the reptilian 'conspiracy'. The 'Dragonworms' are allegedly very intelligent, according to certain sources. 'They' have sometimes been described as appearing similar to a giant 'worm' or 'slug' (Draconian).

  DRACONS - (JW A lot of these dudes live underground here in Sonora, Calif. and out near Knight's Landing. They even abduct people from their font steps of their homes.) Largely subterranean, pterodactyloid-like hominoids with bat-like wings. Sometimes describes as possessing 'horns' and thus are considered very similar to the traditional depiction of the 'devil', according to certain individuals who have encountered them. Very intelligent and extremely malignant. Sometimes referred to as 'Mothmen', although that title might be a little misleading (Draconian). (JW The Mothmen are not as bad as they look. I might add that that it is said by the good space people that in this universe the people are 60% non human and 40% human. Being non-human doesn't especially mean that an entity is a reptoid. It is also said that of the space people who have visited and are interacting with Earth, 95% are good and 5% are what we would call bad. Of course that statement was made by a good type space person, so you never can tell.)

  DWARFIN - Diminutive humans who have allegedly been encountered in or near caverns in various parts of the world, and in some cases on UFO's, although most 'dwarf' sightings in connection to UFO's are actually sightings of the saurian 'greys'. These should not be confused with the small 'elementals' or 'nature spirits' which some believe are etheric in nature yet have the ability to appear in solid or semi-solid form at times.(disembodied spirits lof the Nephilim, this could account for the "ghosts" people see.) Some of these were apparently involved in the original 'rebellion' of the angelics against the Creator after being deceived and misled by the former archangel turned egocentric tyrant, Lucifer.

  Others of the 'elementals' may have escaped this 'fall'. The Dwarfin or Dwarf races are allegedly just as human as surface peoples but average between to 3 to 4 ft. in height, although at times they have been seen as small as two feet. As with the 'giants' or 'Els' this may have resulted in a genetic anomaly which ran it's course due to the separation of their race(s) from the International 'gene pool'. They allegedly live in subterranean systems to a large extent as a 'protective' measure. And as we've said some allegedly possess 'aerial disk' technology and some might even have attempted interplanetary or interstellar travel (Evadamic). [etc. etc.]

Fairy Tales

• The origin of fairy tales is a question which has kept many very able scholars busy and which has not yet been settled to the satisfaction of many. What has been discovered resolves itself mainly into four different origins of fairy tales:--
  1. Fairy tales are detritus of myth, surviving echoes of gods and heroes
  Against this theory it may be said that, when popular tales have incidents similar to Greek heroic myths, the tales are not detritus of myth, but both have a more ancient tale as their original source. There was:--
  (1) A popular tale which reflected the condition of a rude people, a tale full of the monstrous and the miraculous.
  (2) The same tale, a series of incidents and plot, with the monstrous element modified, which survived in the oral traditions of illiterate peasantry.
  (3) The same plot and incidents, as they existed in heroic epics of cultivated people. A local and historical character was given by the introduction of known places and native heroes. Tone and manners were refined by literary workmanship, in the Rig Veda, the Persian King-book, the Homeric Epics, ctc.
  The Grimms noted that the evolution of the tale was from a strongly marked, even ugly, but highly expressive form of its earlier stages, to that which possessed external beauty of mold. The origin is in the fancy of a primitive people, the survival is through Marchen of peasantry, and the transfiguration into epics is by literary artists. Therefore, one and the same tale may be the source of Perrault's Sleeping Beauty, also of a Greek myth, and also of an old tale of illiterate peasantry. This was the opinion held by Lang, who said, "For the roots of stories, we must look, not in the clouds but upon the earth, not in the various aspects of nature but in the daily occurrences and surroundings, in the current opinions and ideas of savage life."
  In the savage Marchen of to-day, the ideas and incidents are the inevitable result of the mental habits and beliefs of savages. We gain an idea of the savage mind through Leviticus, in the Bible, through Herodotus, Greek and Roman geographers, Aristotle, Plutarch, Pliny, etc., through voyagers, missionaries, and travelers, and through present savage peoples. Savage existence is based on two great institutions:--
  (a) The division of society into clans.--Marriage laws depend on the conception that these clans descend from certain plants, animals, or inorganic objects. There was the belief in human descent from animals and kinship and personal intercourse with them.
  (b) Belief in magic and medicine-men, which resulted in powers of metamorphosis, the effect of incantation, and communion with the dead.--To the savage all nature was animated, all things were persons. The leading ideas of savage peoples have already been referred to in the list of motifs which appear-in the different fairy tales, as given by Lang, mentioned under the "Preparation of the Teacher," in The Telling of the Tale.
  II. Fairy tales are myths of Sun, Dawn, Thunder, Rain, etc.
  This is sometimes called the Sun-Myth Theory or the Aryan Theory, and it is the one advocated by Max Muller and by Grimm.
  The fairy tales were primitive man's experience with nature in days when he could not distinguish between nature and his own personality, when there was no supernatural because everything was endowed with a personal life. They were the poetic fancies of light and dark, cloud and rain, day and night; and underneath them were the same fanciful meanings. These became changed by time, circumstances in different countries, and the fancy of the tellers, so that they became sunny and many-colored in the South, sterner and wilder in the North, and more home-like in the Middle and West. To the Bushmen the wind was a bird, and to the Egyptian fire was a living beast. Even The Song of Six-Pence has been explained as a nature-myth, the pie being the earth and sky, the birds the twenty-four hours, the king the sun, the queen the moon, and the opening of the pie, daybreak.
  Every word or phrase became a new story as soon as the first meaning of the original name was lost. Andrew Lang tells how Kephalos the sun loved Prokris the dew, and slew her by his arrows. Then when the first meaning of the names for sun, dew, and rays was lost, Kephalos, a shepherd, loved Prokris, a nymph, and we have a second tale which, by a folk-etymology, became the Story of Apollo, the Wolf. Tales were told of the sun under his frog name; later people forgot that frog meant "sun," and the result was the popular tale, A Frog, He Would A-Wooing Go.
  In regard to this theory, "It is well to remember," says Tylor in his Primitive Culture, "that rash inferences which, on the strength of mere resemblances, derive episodes of myth from episodes of nature, must be regarded with utter distrust; for the student who has no more stringent criterion than this for his myths of sun and sky and dawn will find them wherever it pleases him to seek them." There is a danger of being carried away by false analogies. But all scholars agree that some tales are evidently myths of sun and dawn. If we examine the natural history of savages, we do find summer feasts, winter feasts, rituals of sorrow for the going of summer and of rejoicing for its return, anxious interest in the sun, interest in the motion of the heavenly bodies, the custom of naming men and women from the phenomena of nature, and interest in making love, making war, making fun, and making dinner.
  III. Fairy tales all arose in India, they are part of the common Aryan heritage and are to be traced by the remains of their language
  They were first written in the Vedas, the sacred Sanskrit books of Buddhism. This theory is somewhat allied to the Sun-Myth Theory. This theory was followed by Max Muller and by Sir George Cox.
  The theory of a common source in India will not answer entirely for the origin of tales because many similar tales have existed in non-Aryan countries. Old tales were current in Egypt, 2000 B.C., and were brought from there by Crusaders, Mongol missionaries, the Hebrews, and Gypsies.
  The idea of connecting a number of disconnected stories, as we find in Arabian Nights, The Canterbury Tales, and the Decameron, is traced to the idea of making Buddha the central figure in the folk-literature of India. And Jacobs says that at least one-third of all the stories common to the children of Europe are derived from India, and by far the majority of the drolls. He also says that generally, so far as incidents are marvelous and of true fairy-like character, India is the probable source, because of the vitality of animism and transformation in India in all time. Moreover, as a people, the Hindus had spread among their numbers enough literary training and mental grip to invent plots.
  And again, there is an accepted connection in myth and language between all Aryan languages and Sanskrit. According to Sir George Dasent, "The whole human race has sprung from one stock planted in the East, which has stretched its boughs and branches laden with the fruit of language and bright with the bloom of song and story, by successive offshoots to the utmost parts of the earth." Dasent tells how the Aryans who went west, who went out to do, were distinguished from the nations of the world by their common sense, by their power of adapting themselves to circumstances, by making the best of their position, by being ready to receive impressions, and by being able to develop impressions. They became the Greeks, the Latins, the Teutons, the Celts, and the Slavonians. The Aryans who stayed at home, remained to reflect, and were distinguished by their power of thought. They became a nation of philosophers and gave to the world the Sanskrit language as the basis of comparative philology. Dasent shows how legends, such as the Story of William Tell and Dog Gellert, which have appeared in many Aryan peoples were common in germ to the Aryan tribes before migration. Joseph Jacobs has more recently settled the travels of Gellert, tracing its literary route from the Indian Vinaya Pitaka, through the Fables of Bidpai, Sindibad, Seven Sages of Rome, Gesta Romanorum, and the Welsh Fables of Cottwg, until the legend became localized in Wales.
  IV. Fairy tales owe their origin to the identity of early fancy
  Just as an individual, after thinking along certain lines, is surprised to come upon the exact sequence of his thought in a book he had never seen, so primitive peoples in remote parts of the world, up against similar situations, would express experience in tales containing similar motifs. A limited set of experiences was presented to the inventive faculty, and the limited combinations possible would result in similar combinations. The Aryan Jackal, the Mediaeval Reynard, the Southern Brer Rabbit, and the Weasel of Africa, are near relations. Dasent said, "In all mythology and tradition there are natural resemblances, parallelisms, suggested to the senses of each race by natural objects and everyday events; and these might spring up spontaneously all over the earth as home-growths, neither derived by imitation from other tribes, nor from the tradition of a common stock."
  It is probable that all four theories of the origin of fairy tales are correct and that fairy tales owe their origin not to any one cause but to all four. [etc.]

• The Danish peasantry give the following account of their EllefoIk or Elve-people. The Elle-people live in the Elle-moors. The appearance of the man is that of an old man with a low-crowned hat on his head; the Elle-woman is young and of a fair and attractive countenance, but behind she is hollow like a dough-trough. Young men should be especially on their guard against her, for it is very difficult to resist her; and she has, moreover, a stringed instrument, which, when she plays on it, quite ravishes their hearts. The man may be often seen near the EIle-moors, bathing himself in the sunbeams, but if any one comes too near him, he opens his mouth wide and breathes upon them, and his breath produces sickness and pestilence. But the women are most frequently to be seen by moonshine; then they dance their rounds in the high grass so lightly and so gracefully, that they seldom meet a denial when they offer their hand to a rash young man. It is also necessary to watch cattle, that they may not graze in any place where the Elle-people have been; for if any animal come to a place where the Elle-people have spit, or done what is worse, it is attacked by some grievous disease which can only be cured by giving it to eat a handful of St. John's wort, which had been pulled at twelve o'clock on St. John's night. It might also happen that they might sustain some injury by mixing with the Elle-people's cattle, which are very large, and of a blue colour, and which may sometimes be seen in the fields licking up the dew, on which they live. But the farmer has an easy remedy against this evil; for he has only to go to the Elle-hill when he is turning out his cattle and to say, "Thou little Troll! may I graze my cows on thy hill?" And if he is not prohibited, he may set his mind at rest.

Written by a Scottish clergyman, Robert Kirk, in 1691, and not committed to print until the early 19th century, The Secret Commonwealth is an unusually sympathetic account of the denizens of fairyland, and a complex of still mysterious extrasensory phenomena including poltergeists, clairvoyance and doppelgangers (here called 'co-walkers')."

• Fairies and UFOs? - By Ken Korczak

  The most popular belief today is that UFOs are spaceships piloted by aliens from outer space.

  But another good theory which never gets as much press is that which says UFOs may, in fact, be right here from earth.

  Instead of being Extraterrestrials, UFO aliens might be Ultraterrestrials -- a species that has always been here, which evolved on earth along with homo sapiens, but which represents a species far superior.

  These Ultraterrestrials are so superior to us it's almost impossible for us to comprehend their existence. All we know of them are fleeting glimpses of lights in the sky, occasional bizarre encounters between human beings and so-called aliens, and other unexplained phenomenon.

  Think of how a group of monkeys in the wild perceive human beings. Because their own level of consciousness is so limited, they cannot comprehend that we humans are beyond being just another kind of animal. They may see a jet or a helicopter or a car, but to the monkeys, nothing in their consciousness can explain these amazing things.

  A monkey may think of an airplane as some kind of magical giant bird. They relate to it with the level of understanding they have about their environment. The speculation of the monkey, at best, is a crude idea about the total truth of an airplane, and the fact it represents entire levels of consciousness that are so advanced, they are literally invisible to monkey mind.

  Now think of a human being who encounters a UFO. To us a UFO seems to be some kind of flying, mechanical aircraft -- but the true nature of the UFO may be as different from a spacecraft as a bird is from an airplane. Like the monkey, we just don't have the advanced levels of consciousness we need to comprehend the true nature of a UFO.

  As humans, we make the naturally egotistical assumption that we are the species at the top of the heap -- we see ourselves as the peak of achievement of evolution. We even make the bold claim that God, the supreme architect of the entire universe, created us in his own image!

  But it's not a big leap to consider that we are just another link in a vast chain of species, many which are below us, and some which may be above us.

  People who support the Ultraterrestrial theory point out that supernatural beings seemingly superior to humans have been reported throughout history. In previous eras they were called gods, angels, ogres, fairies, brownies, little people, demons, and more.

  The Bible is filled with references to supernatural creatures, including giants, "wheels" flying in the sky out of which incredible creatures emerge, and more.

  But references to flying disks were recorded centuries before the texts of the Bible. Cave drawings dating to 30,000 B.C. depict numerous drawings of disks floating around in the sky, remarkably similar to modern UFO photographs.

  Some maverick UFO investigators have pointed out the amazing similarities of modern UFO aliens to that of elves, fairies and the various "little people" famous in the folklore of many cultures.

  Fairies are well known for kidnapping people, the same irritating habit UFO aliens have. People who are abducted report incidents of missing time, a phenomenon very similar to time lapses reported by people taken to and returned from "fairyland".

  Fairies, like modern aliens, tend to be diminutive creatures with large magical eyes. Many reports of alien abduction even include "power rods" used to paralyze abductees, just as fairies wield "magic wands".

  One of the most interesting comparisons between aliens and fairies is that both are interested in stealing babies. One of the most common fairy activities is swiping babies from cribs, and sometimes replacing them with a false double, or "changeling" as they are sometimes called.

  A large part of modern UFO literature involves aliens abducting women, impregnating them, and later abducting them again, only to remove and take the unborn baby right out of the womb.

  Clearly, both UFO occupants and fairies have a strong affinity for the baby stealing business.

  Fairies are closely associated with nature, just as modern aliens also display a certain obsession with environmental issues. One of the most common alien abduction scenarios involves aliens who force people to watch "movies" depicting massive environmental degradation caused by modern human civilization. The aliens then give them a lecture on environmental issues and let them go.

  If aliens truly are a superior species from earth and evolved on earth, it would make sense that they would be concerned about another species wrecking the planet.

  But then you might ask, why don't the Ultraterrestrials simply step in and "manage" us the same way humans "manage" wildlife, including chimps and other large primates? The Ultraterrestrial theorists answer: "They are!". That's what all the abduction and experiments are about!

  Just as human beings capture and tag various species, UFO abductees report experiences of extreme similarity. Many people report being "tagged" during frightening sessions on a UFO operating table. Some of these "tags" have even been recovered, or show up on MRI exams, and remain unexplained.

  It's also possible that Ultraterrestrials comprehend and operate within higher levels of dimension than we experience at the human level. A monkey could never understand that time and space are actually two parts of the same dimension, as scientists have discovered.

  Mathematicians tell us that many additional dimensions of reality exist — dimensions which only the most brilliant math minds can glimpse through numbers, although they cannot experience them psychologically in any meaningful way.

  If Ultraterrestrials can exist "above" or "beyond" spacetime, that means they can easily see us, trick us and manipulate our existence, while we can't see them at all, or only in the most crude manner, or perhaps only when they allow us to see them.

  Imagine when a bear is shot with a drugged dart from a helicopter hovering above him. Imagine how terrified the bear is of the bizarre flying monster and the noise and lights that come out of it. Now imagine that the bear thinks of the strange beings that come out of the flying monster. The strange beings poke and prod him, look inside his mouth, apply a tag to his ear, and then let him go. Why?

  How can a bear understand or interpret the meaning of this incident on its level of consciousness? It can't. It just seem to make any sense. Human beings are so advanced and superior as to incomprehensible.

  Is it so difficult to believe that the ongoing bizarre and seemingly incomprehensible phenomenon of UFOs and their activities are the actions of an earth-born species far advanced and superior to human beings?

  Just ask a bear or a monkey.

Fertile Crescent

• As a result the Fertile Crescent has an impressive record of past human activity. As well as possessing many sites with the skeletal and cultural remains of both pre-modern and early modern humans (e.g. at Kebara Cave in Israel), later Pleistocene hunter-gatherers and Epipalaeolithic semi-sedentary hunter-gatherers (the Natufians), this area is most famous for its sites related to the origins of agriculture. The western zone around the Jordan and upper Euphrates rivers gave rise to the first known Neolithic farming settlements (referred to as Pre-Pottery Neolithic A (PPNA)), which date to around 9,000 BCE (and includes sites such as Jericho). This region, alongside Mesopotamia (which lies to the east of the Fertile Crescent, between the rivers Tigris and Euphrates), also saw the emergence of early complex societies during the succeeding Bronze Age. There is also early evidence from this region for writing, and the formation of state-level societies. This has earned the region the nickname "The Cradle of Civilization."

• - “…And the spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me the sound of a great tumult, saying, Blessed be the glory of Jehovah from his place; and the sound of the wings of the living creatures touching each other to the other; and the sound of the wheels along with them; and the sound of a great tumult…” (Ezekiel 3:12).
• - Jehovah comes down on the high places with a great heat: “For behold, Jehovah is coming out of his place, and will come down and walk on the high places of the earth. And the mountains shall melt under him, and the valleys shall cleave themselves as wax before the fire, as waters poured out on a steep place…” (Micah 1:3-4).
• An angelic messenger announces to Manoah about the birth of Samson to his wife, and who, after telling Manoah that his name is secret, “…ascends in a flame of fire from the altar.” (Judges 13:2-15).

Ezekiel

• Probably the most familiar description of the AA’s aircraft (possibly spacecraft) is in the biblical book of Ezekiel. It is a very convincing description by a very astute observer. From this description former NASA engineer J. F. Blumrich designed and patented his impression of the vehicle (Blumrich, 1974) (Fig 7-1). A small cockpit, where Ezekiel observed the "Lord", rested atop the body of the vehicle. Fig 7-1.The body, which Ezekiel called the "fiery firmament", terminated in a single main engine. Attached to the body were four helicopter engines and blades, which enabled the vehicle to land vertically without using the main engine, which would have either covered poor Ezekiel with rubble or blown him away!

And as they rise up (as the helicopter blades rise into place), there is a divine small voice (the blades make a swishing sound in the air) and loud praise (along with the loud noise of the engine); there is a divine small voice as they fold their wings (when the main engine is stopped only the swishing sound of the blades is heard as they drop down and stop).“The cherubim (The helicopters) bless the image of the Throne-Chariot above the firmament (make a soft sound like prayer), and they praise the majesty (and they speak louder, and in amazement, about the brightness) of the fiery firmament beneath the seat of his glory (of the glowing, idling engine under the main body of the aircraft). And between the turning wheels (between the helicopter’s blades), angels of holiness come and go (wispy changing patterns), as it were a fiery vision of most holy spirits (of flames and vapors from the main engine); and about them flow seeming rivulets of fire, like gleaming bronze, a radiance of many gorgeous colors, of marvelous pigments magnificently mingled (the exhaust from the helicopter engines mingled with the multi-colored exhaust from the main engine). The spirits (the helicopters) of the Living God move perpetually with the glory (always move with the flaming exhaust) of the wonderful Chariot (of the wonderful vehicle).“The small voice of the blessing (the soft sound of the blades) accompanies the tumult (accompanies the roar of the main engine) as they depart, and on the path of their return they worship (they make a loud noise) the Holy One (the god-pilot). Ascending, they rise marvelously (the blades ascend quickly); settling, they stay still (the blades drop down and stop,). The sound of joyful praise is silenced (the loud noise of the main engine ceases) and there is a small voice of blessing (the helicopter blades slow and drop down) in all the camp of God.”
• Another interesting tale is that of Elijah meeting the Lord. In I Kings 19:11-12, Yahweh makes himself known to Elijah (Eli-yahu): “And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the earthquake; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice.”My translation: As the spacecraft approaches the exhaust was first perceived as a powerful wind; as it descended on the mountain the engine caused the earth under it to vibrate; the engine’s fiery exhaust then came into Elijah’s view; finally, the main engines are stopped and only the sound of the helicopter blades is heard as they slow and stop.Zecharia Sitchin (1998) gives an interesting description of Elijah’s ascent to heaven. This apparently was also the time when Ezekiel wrote of his experiences with the Lord’s aircraft - about 592 bc:“…a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, came. And they separated between them both (Elijah and Elisha), and Elijah went up in a tempest to Heaven. And Elisha was watching, and he was crying ‘My father, my father! the chariot of Israel and its Horsemen!’ And he did not see him again…”. (2 Kings 2:11).

• Von Daniken (1982) states that the “fiery heavenly chariots”, described by Enoch and Elijah are also found in Buddhist (Padmasambhava) and Hindu (Ardjuna) mythology. Apparently every child in India is well aware of ancient flying gods and their aircraft, which they called Vimanas...

• The so-called "Rama Empire" of Northern India and Pakistan developed at least fifteen thousand years ago on the Indian sub-continent and was a nation of many large, sophisticated cities, many of which are still to be found in the deserts of Pakistan, northern, and western India. Rama existed, apparently, parallel to the Atlantean civilization in the mid-Atlantic Ocean, and was ruled by "enlightened Priest-Kings" who governed the cities, The seven greatest capital cities of Rama were known in classical Hindu texts as "The Seven Rishi Cities."

  According to ancient Indian texts, the people had flying machines which were called "Vimanas." The ancient Indian epic describes a Vimana as a double-deck, circular aircraft with portholes and a dome, much as we would imagine a flying saucer.

  It flew with the "speed of the wind" and gave forth a "melodious sound." There were at least four different types of Vimanas; some saucer shaped, others like long cylinders ("cigar shaped airships"). The ancient Indian texts on Vimanas are so numerous, it would take volumes to relate what they had to say. The ancient Indians, who manufactured these ships themselves, wrote entire flight manuals on the control of the various types of Vimanas, many of which are still in existence, and some have even been translated into English.

  The Samara Sutradhara is a scientific treatise dealing with every possible angle of air travel in a Vimana. There are 230 stanzas dealing with the construction, take-off, cruising for thousand of miles, normal and forced landings, and even possible collisions with birds. In 1875, the Vaimanika Sastra, a fourth century B.C. text written by Bharadvajy the Wise, using even older texts as his source, was rediscovered in a temple in India. It dealt with the operation of Vimanas and included information on the steering, precautions for long flights, protection of the airships from storms and lightening and how to switch the drive to "solar energy" from a free energy source which sounds like "anti-gravity."

  The Vaimanika Sastra (or Vymaanika-Shaastra) has eight chapters with diagrams, describing three types of aircraft, including apparatuses that could neither catch on fire nor break. It also mentions 31 essential parts of these vehicles and 16 materials from which they are constructed, which absorb light and heat; for which reason they were considered suitable for the construction of Vimanas. This document has been translated into English and is available by writing the publisher: VYMAANIDASHAASTRA AERONAUTICS by Maharishi Bharadwaaja, translated into English and edited, printed and published by Mr. G. R. Josyer, Mysore, India, 1979 (sorry, no street address). Mr. Josyer is the director of the International Academy of Sanskrit Investigation located in Mysore.

  There seems to be no doubt that Vimanas were powered by some sort of "anti-gravity." Vimanas took off vertically, and were capable of hovering in the sky, like a modern helicopter or dirigible. Bharadvajy the Wise refers to no less than 70 authorities and 10 experts of air travel in antiquity. These sources are now lost.

  Vimanas were kept in a Vimana Griha, a kind of hanger, and were sometimes said to be propelled by a yellowish-white liquid, and sometimes by some sort of mercury compound, though writers seem confused in this matter. It is most likely that the later writers on Vimanas, wrote as observers and from earlier texts, and were understandably confused on the principle of their propulsion. The "yellowish-white liquid" sounds suspiciously like gasoline, and perhaps Vimanas had a number of different propulsion sources, including combustion engines and even "pulse-jet" engines. It is interesting to note, that the Nazis developed the first practical pulse-jet engines for their V-8 rocket "buzz bombs." Hitler and the Nazi staff were exceptionally interested in ancient India and Tibet and sent expeditions to both these places yearly, starting in the 30's, in order to gather esoteric evidence that they did so, and perhaps it was from these people that the Nazis gained some of their scientific information!

  According to the Dronaparva, part of the Mahabarata, and the Ramayana, one Vimana described was shaped like a sphere and born along at great speed on a mighty wind generated by mercury. It moved like a UFO, going up, down, backwards and forewards as the pilot desired. In another Indian source, the Samar, Vimanas were "iron machines, well-knit and smooth, with a charge of mercury that shot out of the back in the form of a roaring flame." Another work called the Samaranganasutradhara describes how the vehicles were constructed. It is possible that mercury did have something to do with the propulsion, or more possibly, with the guidance system. Curiously, Soviet scientists have discovered what they call "age-old instruments used in navigating cosmic vehicles" in caves in Turkestan and the Gobi Desert. The "devices" are hemispherical objects of glass or porcelain, ending in a cone with a drop of mercury inside.

  It is evident that ancient Indians flew around in these vehicles, all over Asia, to Atlantis presumably; and even, apparently, to South America. Writing found at Mohenjodaro in Pakistan (presumed to be one of the "Seven Rishi Cities of the Rama Empire") and still undeciphered, has also been found in one other place in the world: Easter Island! Writing on Easter Island, called Rongo-Rongo writing, is also undeciphered, and is uncannily similar to the Mohenjodaro script. Was Easter Island an air base for the Rama Empire's Vimana route? (At the Mohenjo-Daro Vimana-drome, as the passenger walks down the concourse, he hears the sweet, melodic sound of the announcer over the loudspeaker,

  "Rama Airways flight number seven for Bali, Easter Island, Nazca, and Atlantis is now ready for boarding. Passengers please proceed to gate number..") in Tibet, no small distance, and speaks of the "fiery chariot" thusly: "Bhima flew along in his car, resplendent as the sun and loud as thunder... The flying chariot shone like a flame in the night sky of summer ... it swept by like a comet... It was as if two suns were shining. Then the chariot rose up and all the heaven brightened."

  In the Mahavira of Bhavabhuti, a Jain text of the eighth century culled from older texts and traditions, we read:

  "An aerial chariot, the Pushpaka, conveys many people to the capital of Ayodhya. The sky is full of stupendous flying-machines, dark as night, but picked out by lights with a yellowish glare"

  The Vedas, ancient Hindu poems, thought to be the oldest of all the Indian texts, describe Vimanas of various shapes and sizes: the "ahnihotra-vimana" with two engines, the "elephant-vimana" with more engines, and other types named after the kingfisher, ibis and other animals.

• Egyptian King Pepi ascends:“As an imperishable star; Flies who flies! He flies away from you, O men!  He is no longer upon earth; he is in the sky! He rushes at the sky like a heron. He has kissed the sky like a falcon. He has leapt skyward like a grasshopper.” (Frankfort, 1948).
• A reference to flying gods in the Mahabharata: “The gods, in cloud-borne chariots…bright celestial cars in concourse sailed upon the cloudless sky.” (Sitchin, 1985).
• Sitchin (1985) also mentions the flying Maruts: “…loud roaring as the winds make the mountains rock and reel…(as they) lift themselves aloft…these verily wondrous, red of hue, speed on their course with a roar over the ridges of the sky…and spread themselves with beams of light…bright, celestial, with lightning in their hands and helmets of gold upon their heads.”

• "- When flying Quetzalcoatl appeared to the ancient Mexicans as a feathered serpent: “…first it flies, quite high up, well up it goes, and it just descends…”. And when it flies or descends a great wind blows. Wherever it goes, it flies” (Baldwin, 1998). Don't you wonder what kind of aircraft might appear to the natives as a “plumed serpent” accompanied by a “great wind”?"

Sumerian

• In the Sumerian tale of Nergal and Ereshkigal (Pritchard, 1975), there are hints that there were periods when the gods were not able to travel from one location to another, perhaps because their orbital positions or the planetary alignments were not favorable:

nu opened his mouth to say to Kaka:I will send thee, Kaka, to the Land of no Return, 
o Ereshkigal…thou shalt say: "‘Thou art not able to come up,
n thy year thou canst not ascend to our presence, And we cannot go down,
n our month we cannot descend to thy presence…"
